IGCSE Biology Tuition (0610) | Private Tutoring Year 10 & 11

We have both group tuition and one-to-one tuition for the IGCSE Biology subject. For students whose foundation is weak, a one-to-one tuition session is recommended especially if the examination is near (e.g. 3 to 4 months). For students who need additional revision and are studying in an international school or private school, IGCSE group tuition for Biology is recommended. For private candidates (homeschool type), group tuition will be suitable too if they started the intake early with us.

In general, class duration ranges from 1.5 hours to 2.0 hours. For the best results, our IGCSE Biology group tuition is only 1.5 hours. Depending on the students and also our IGCSE Biology private tutors, one-to-one tuition sessions can go up to 2 hours (max). Do you have any special requests? Since we started in 2014, our IGCSE Biology tutors have produced many students with A and A* examination results. Our tutors have experience teaching in an international school. Some of them are full-time private tutors. Our IGCSE Biology private tutors must have a minimum of three (3) years of tutoring experience in the Cambridge Biology (0610) subject. All teachers are given annual training to maintain the quality of teaching, including that of classroom management.

Based on our track record, with over 902 positive reviews, at least 80% of our students scored A* and 100% scored a minimum of 5 credits. Students must also play their role and not be complacent. Work together closely with our IGCSE Biology tutors, there are no shortcuts. This applies to both group tuition and private one-to-one tuition. 

Our IGCSE Biology tuition covers only upper secondary. These students are commonly known as students from Year 10 & 11. Their age is generally between 14 to 16. For lower secondary (Year 7, 8 and 9), we only have Cambridge IGCSE Science (1113). However, we do have students who are much younger who join our IGCSE Biology group tuition (special case). There is no primary school students in TWINS Education unless there is a request for a private Biology one-to-one tuition. Separately, we have tuition classes for A-Level Biology (9700) too.

Tuition fees will vary greatly depending on different situations. For example, our tuition fees for IGCSE group tuition and IGCSE one-to-one private tuition are different (A-Level are different too). Nevertheless, lesson duration is also a factor that influences the total tuition fees coupled with the date of registration. Yes. Our IGCSE Biology group tuition has a limit of 14 students, with an average of 6 to 8 students in each class. This applies to all other subjects in TWINS Education. For the best performance, students will be separated according to their examination series. Our IGCSE Biology teachers follow the official Cambridge syllabus guide and as such all students who are coming from different backgrounds, especially private candidates, can follow it throughout this process.

Yes. We started our journey in 2014, and started online tuition classes in 2016. We have students across Malaysia and students living in Singapore, and other parts of the world who attends our IGCSE Biology online tuition (both group and one-to-one).
