Recently, our teachers and staff came together for a fun pickleball session, and it turned out to be a great way for everyone to unwind, laugh, and spend time together outside of work.

For many of us, it was actually our first time trying pickleball. Some picked it up quickly, while others were still figuring out how to properly hit the ball over the net. Either way, the session was filled with lots of laughter, friendly competition, and memorable moments.

It was refreshing to see teachers and staff from different branches and departments interacting in a completely different setting. Normally, everyone is busy with classes, lesson preparation, student support, and daily operations, so having the chance to slow down and simply enjoy an activity together was something everyone appreciated.

Throughout the games, there were plenty of funny moments, from missed shots to unexpected winning streaks. Some players turned out to be surprisingly competitive, while others were just there to have fun and enjoy the atmosphere. Regardless of skill level, everyone encouraged one another and joined in with great energy.

Beyond the games themselves, the session gave everyone the opportunity to catch up, chat, and strengthen friendships outside the workplace. Activities like these may seem simple, but they help create stronger connections among the team and make working together even more enjoyable.

The pickleball session was also a nice reminder about the importance of taking breaks and staying active. As educators and staff members, work can get quite busy at times, so having moments like this helps everyone recharge both physically and mentally.

Most importantly, it was a genuinely enjoyable day shared among colleagues. We are thankful to everyone who participated and made the session such a fun experience.

We definitely look forward to organising more activities like this in the future, not just for team bonding, but also for creating more good memories together outside the classroom.
